Join mindfulness teacher Janet Solyntjes on Saturday, April 18, from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. for this online workshop co-sponsored by the Zen Center of Denver and the Center for Courageous Living.
Ultimately, the practice of meditation is the act of creativity. It is the discovery of the spontaneous, fresh, alive, free and colorful truth of our existence. If we are awake and attuned to our senses, we notice when life itself is filled with artistry. By training the mind to be present and aware, to trust its own goodness, we begin to perceive the ordinary magic of life.
Join in an online “live” session of our Mindfulness Saturdays, which will include meditation practice, teachings, exercises and dialogue.
This mindfulness workshop will be led by Janet Solyntjes, a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and a longtime practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. She is co-founder of the Boulder-based Center for Courageous Living, which offers a variety of mindfulness programs and retreats.
The suggested donation for the workshop is $35 – $50.
