DESCRIPTION:A day of practice led by assistant teacher Geoff Baoku Sensei\, from 6 am – 3pm. The day will include zazen\, dokusan\, and teisho and will be divided into three blocks. Participants may choose to attend either all three blocks\, or only two of the blocks. The cost is $25 for ZCD members or $30 for non-members. \nParticipants should have some prior experience at the ZCD participating in daily zazen and/or the introductory seminar. Please register in advance by the Wednesday prior; note that you must complete payment to complete your registration. This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.
