DESCRIPTION:A half day of practice led by assistant teacher Dennis Sienko\, from 6 am – noon. The day will include zazen\, daisan\, and dharma talk. Please bring your own light breakfast. The cost is $25 for ZCD members or $30 for non-members. \nParticipants should have some prior experience at the ZCD participating in daily zazen and/or the introductory seminar. Please register in advance by the Wednesday prior; note that you must complete payment to complete your registration. This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.

DESCRIPTION:The Queer Dharma group aims to deepen our intimate understanding of the oneness of Zen practice and queer life. Sittings are open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ or who may be working through how they identify. We start with one round of meditation followed by a group discussion exploring the intersectionality of Buddhism and LGBTQ+. This event is in person only. No registration is required.
