Zazen

Zazen (seated meditation) is at the heart of Zen practice and realization. All of our in-person sittings are streamed via Zoom, and you are welcome to join. Please keep your video on if possible. You do not need to be a member to attend our daily sittings. However, if you are new to Zen, we strongly encourage you to first attend either a beginners’ night or an introductory seminar to become familiar with our practice forms and community.
Please double-check the current calendar before coming to a sitting, as the schedule sometimes varies, especially on Sundays.
Mornings

Friday (online only) 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:40 p.m.
