Family Zen Easter Egg Hunt
Click the event for details and registration. Our events begin precisely on time, and doors will be locked five minutes before the event begins in order to foster an environment of supportive silence in the zendo (practice hall). Please plan to arrive at least ten minutes before the stated start time. Parking can be challenging in our neighborhood, so allow extra time for finding a parking space and walking to the center. Our daily sittings do not require advance registration, but do register in advance for special events such as introductory seminars, all-day sittings, workshops, and classes.

Family Zen Easter Egg Hunt
March 31 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
While the sangha is engaged with zazen and teisho in the zendo, parents with children are invited to arrive at the center at 9am for a mindful art project followed by an easter-egg hunt. Six special golden smiling Buddha wooden eggs will also be hidden! At the end of the hunt, each egg can be exchanged for candy or quarters as desired, and the golden Buddhas will be exchanged for a silver dollar.
Remember to enter the center quietly — we will be meeting in the community room. Please help us plan by registering in advance.
