The landscaping team invites you to lend a hand to help keep weeds in check. We’ll be hand-weeding the ZCD grounds every Wednesday morning starting at 7:30 am. Feel free to join for any amount of time your schedule allows.
Two 25-minute rounds of zazen with a brief opening ceremony and dokusan offered by Karin Ryuku Roshi and Peggy Metta Roshi (when available). This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.
Brief instruction in seated meditation (zazen) and our zendo forms and etiquette, followed by a single 25-minute round and a discussion period.
