Two 25-minute rounds of zazen with a brief opening ceremony and dokusan offered by Karin Ryuku Roshi and Peggy Metta Roshi (when available). This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.
Three 25-minute rounds of zazen with kinhin (walking meditation) between each round, concluding with a brief closing ceremony. This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.
Two 28-minute rounds of zazen are offered back-to-back, with a bell between rounds for posture adjustment, kinhin, or other personal needs.
