Four Wednesdays: May 15, 22, 29, and June 5 from 7:00 pm – 8:45 pm
This set of four classes is designed for those who have graduated from an 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and/or who have an established meditation practice. Taught by ZCD’s spiritual directors, Karin Kempe and Peggy Sheehan, it will offer a further exploration of mindfulness practices, including working with difficulty, nurturing compassion and forgiveness, uncovering gratitude and developing equanimity.

Our events begin precisely on time, and doors will be locked five minutes before the event begins in order to foster an environment of supportive silence in the zendo (practice hall). Please plan to arrive at least ten minutes before the stated start time. Parking can be challenging in our neighborhood, so allow extra time for finding a parking space and walking to the center. Our daily sittings do not require advance registration, but do register in advance for special events such as introductory seminars, all-day sittings, workshops, and classes.
