Two 25-minute rounds of zazen with a brief opening ceremony and dokusan offered by Geoff Bouku Keeton (when available). This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.

Three 25-minute rounds of zazen with kinhin (walking meditation) between each round, ending with a brief closing ceremony. Dokusan/daisan will be offered when available.
